City of College Park approves new 420-acre mixed use development plan

The City of College Park has officially approved a new master plan for the 420-acre ATL Airport City development. Unveiled by the Sizemore Group, the project includes up to five million square feet of Class-A office space, residential units, six hotels, retail—including an outlet mall—and outdoor amenities like trails and golf-centric entertainment. With City Council’s August 5 approval, the City now begins the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) process and infrastructure planning. Economic Development Director Artie Jones III called it “an incredible step forward in continued growth and development within College Park.”
